Refunds (details & limits)
We process refunds once we receive and inspect returned items. 

Returned items MUST be clean & in original new condition.  If items are returned dirty, stained or in any condition other than NEW, we will NOT process a refund.  We will launder the items and donate the items to a local charity.  Do not send back items in this condition and expect a refund.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at johnlennondumbtogether@gmail.com and send your item back using the address noted below.  Exchanges may not be available if the items or the new size(s) are sold out.
